This well peated bottling is Dublin distilled at the Teeling Whiskey Distillery and matured exclusively in ex-Bourbon casks before being bottled at 56.5% with no chill filtration. The whiskies were only distilled twice (as opposed to the usual three for Irish whiskies, to maintain the peat levels in this fabulous expresion).
This creates a truly unique taste of savoury BBQ smoke, fresh fruits and maple syrup sweetness, creating an unconventional Irish whiskey of true character.
