SAME DAY DELIVERY
Same-day delivery is available and will be conducted via LALAMOVE DELIVERY SERVICE.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or events beyond our control, we will make every effort to promptly inform all affected customers of any delays.

STANDARD SHIPPING
For Malaysia (including Sabah & Sarawak), orders are shipped via our dedicated courier partner PARCELHUB.
Orders are typically shipped on the next working day after payment confirmation.
(Excludes pre-order items, Sundays, and public holidays)



SHIPPING FEES
• WEST MALAYSIA – RM15 Flat rate
• EAST MALAYSIA – RM60 on the first bottle, RM45 on every additional bottles
(By air freight shipping only)



ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
• WEST MALAYSIA – 1 to 2 working days (estimated).
• EAST MALAYSIA – 2 to 3 working days (estimated).

• All prices displayed on our website exclude shipping charges. Shipping fees will be calculated and added during checkout.
• All orders are packed with care to ensure safe and secure delivery.

Please note:
• Small items such as decanter stoppers may be packed separately within your parcel.
• Bottles with wooden presentation boxes may be packed separately from the box to ensure safety during transit.
• Bulky items may be shipped in separate parcels.

• Only one delivery address is allowed per order. For multiple delivery addresses, please place separate orders.
• Orders will be processed once payment is successfully received.



TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has been collected by our shipping partner, the tracking number will be provided via email, mobile, or WhatsApp.
For non-physical products or services, confirmation and documentation will be provided electronically.
