The sixth and final release in The Macallan Harmony Collection showcases how careful cask selection can shape flavour. The Macallan Whisky Mastery Team selected whisky matured in sherry seasoned American oak and bourbon casks to bring forward the naturally occurring coconut character found within the wood.
Inspired by Fresh Coconut was bottled at 46.3% ABV. The presentation box is made using paper containing discarded coconut fibres, continuing the Harmony Collection’s exploration of repurposed organic materials. A playful and distinctive final chapter for the series, and a fine demonstration of how The Macallan can find something unexpected within its familiar house style.
