This whisky takes inspiration from Phoenix Honey Orchid tea and forms part of Macallan’s Harmony Collection. It matures in sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks, with some bourbon influence, bringing soft orchard fruit, floral honey and gentle sweetness. Aromas of peach and apricot lead into a palate of honeyed stone fruit and delicate depth.
