This Highland malt is bold, sherried and full of presence, with dried fig, raisin and candied peel running through a palate layered with bitter cocoa, clove and polished oak. Long ageing in oloroso and pedro ximenez casks brings weight and structure, with leathery dryness and spice building into the finish.
