Upon its debut in 2024, this 35-year-old whisky marked a milestone as the oldest official release from Glenallachie. It is composed of six hand-selected casks: three Pedro Ximenez hogsheads, one oloroso sherry puncheon, and two new oak barrels. Expect layers of warming cinnamon, heather honey, freshly ground coffee, and a medley of dried fruits and nuts.
