This small-batch release from Glenallachie is a vatting of Pedro Ximenez sherry puncheons handpicked by whisky maker Billy Walker. Aromas of clementine, tiramisu, and dark chocolate fill the nose, leading to flavours of rich cherry sauce, toasted cinnamon, and nutmeg on the palate.
