Bottled in honour of Lunar New Year 2025, this celebratory single malt is a spectacular multi-wood finish created by Master Distiller Billy Walker to mark the auspicious Year of the Snake.

The special release single malt was matured in premium Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso Sherry casks from Spain, as well as toasted and charred virgin oak barrels. Having carefully monitored the whisky as it matured in the Speyside distillery’s 16 on-site warehouses until he deemed the spirit had met the perfect balance between distillery character and cask influence. After 11 years in oak casks, the resulting expression is said to promise “indulgent notes of pear and ginger cake, orange peel and butterscotch sauce”.

Limited release at 48% ABV, natural colour and non-chill filtered, allowing its distinctive character to shine through.
