Bottled to celebrate Black Friday 2020, The Whisky Exchange has found a smoky, rich Highland single malt from a mystery distillery. Aromas of smouldering pine trees, tart green apples, mint, vanilla, oak, orange and candied lemon fill the nose, complemented by notes of freshly cut grass, stewed pears, damp oak and cinnamon cookies on the palate, with a layer of bonfire smoke building in the background.
