By the barrels and malt strains used: “Peaty & Salty” , “Woody & Vanilla” , and “Sherry & Sweet” that highlights the character of Yoichi’s official bottles. It's being bottled at a strength of 55% abv and sold exclusively at the distillery. While maintaining the boldness of traditional Yoichi malt whisky, this expression bursts with notes of sherry oak influence and enjoyably sweet as described.
