This single malt is excellent! The label material is made of traditional Japanese washi paper, which indeed the classic bottle. Unfortunately, it has been discontinued. Pleasant peaty notes and smokiness originating from the traditional direct coal-fired distillation as well as a briny hint delivered by the sea breeze during the aging process. It's being bottled at a strength of 43% abv and sold exclusively at the distillery.

This single malt whiskey shows the elegant style of Miyagikyo malt. The label material is made of traditional Japanese washi paper, which indeed the classic bottle. Unfortunately, it has been discontinued. A solid whisky with an unmistakably Japanese character at an affordable price.
It’s not too young-ish, with a malty character and surprisingly sophisticated wood and spice with a good level of style and complexity to this. It's bottled at a strength of 43% abv and sold exclusively at the distillery.
