This 25 year old Japanese single malt from Suntory has been matured in a combination of American, Spanish and Japanese Mizunara oak casks. Aromas of persimmon, satsuma, incense and oaky spice fill the nose, complemented by notes of sandalwood, tart yuzu, fresh ginger, persimmon and soft smoke throughout the palate.
