This limited-edition Japanese whisky from the Shizuoka distillery is crafted using only barley grown in Shizuoka Prefecture. Made from whiskies distilled in the ex-Karuizawa still "K" and wood-fired "W" still (hence the "S" for the union of the two styles), and matured in oak casks for 5 years.
