Karuizawa Five Decades 1960-2000 was created to pay tribute to the forever lost legendary Karuizawa distillery. A vatting/marriage of single malt casks representing five distinct decades of production 1960s, 1970s, 1980s, 1990s, and 2000, bottled at 61% ABV, engraved labelling with in presentation case. strictly limited to only 200 bottles globally (100 allocated for the Japanese domestic market and 100 for international release). Launched in 2015 exclusively for the Isetan department store.
