The eagerly awaited London Edition 2025 from Japan’s Chichibu distillery is a vatting of ten casks, matured in ex-bourbon and oloroso sherry casks. You will find notes of mandarin and ginger combine with rich vanilla custard and a gentle hint of smoke. The palate shows candied citrus, dark chocolate and brown sugar, finishing with dried fruits and baking spices.
