SUNTORY ROYAL was born in 1960. This bottle commemorates Suntory's 60th anniversary. Suntory's founder Shinjiro Torii's genius inspiration, taste research, and vital market research combined to create the "Golden Ratio" blend.
The first thing you notice is the gorgeous aroma of Yamazaki 15 year malt. A symphony of more than 20 types of aged malts resonates with each other. A high-quality whisky, with a soft texture and rich flavor, refined by the Japanese climate.
This is a special-limited-edition bottle of Suntory Royal released in 1993 with a label commemorating the SUMITOMO MARINE FIRE INSURANCE CO., LTD 100TH YEARS since its founding.
The main malt in the whisky is 15 year old Yamazaki.
