By using the heavy peat malt base from the Yoichi distillery, where the company was founded, as the key malt, and by blending malt whisky at a ratio of 51% or more, even though it is a blended whisky, the rich malt aroma and pleasant smoky flavour can be enjoyed. In general, whisky production involves “cold filtration” to prevent the formation of cloudy and lees, but this product is “non-chill filtered” at room temperature, which allows a rich aroma and a complex flavour to be experienced. The bottle is designed to show the full range of liquid colours.
