It is named for its lightness and transparency. It is made from DEWASANSAN polished sake rice native to Yamagata Prefecture. After milling, only 50% of the rice grains are retained.
The alcohol content is lower than 14% of standard sake. The taste is light, fruity and lively with a slight sour taste. This is followed by a mild mouthfeel and a smooth surface.
Won a Gold Medal in the main section of the "Delicious Sake in a Sake Glass" Awards 2017,
It also won a gold medal in the Junmai Daiginjo section of "Kura Master 2017".
