This is a limited edition junmai daiginjo sake that has been pasteurized and aged at low temperature for a long time.
"Matsu" is a special grade in the "pine, bamboo and plum" grade. It is also the city emblem of Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture, where the sake brewery is located. Since it is evergreen, it has always been a symbol of sake. Since the Heian period, it has been a symbol of good luck and "eternal youth".
The "pine tree" on the paulownia box adds bright color to the elegant "Junmai Daiginjo Sake" brewed by brewmaster Naohiko Noguchi.
