This was newly released by Kokuryu Sake Brewery as a year-round product. It is a Junmai Daiginjo brewed by polishing Yamada Nishiki from the Tojo area of Hyogo to 35%. This bottle be a kind of rule-breaker, is sure to become a product that will make its name in the long history of Kokuryu Sake Brewery. The box, label, and bottle are made with great attention to detail.
The bottle has the same shape as ``Ishidaya'' and ``Nizaemon'', the label is made from the same Echizen washi paper, and the box is also a cosmetic box with the same moist coating of Echizen lacquerware. Of course, the taste is also of a very high level.
