Created at the Secret Herb Garden, which has 600 naturally grown herbs and botanicals, some of which Hamish and Liberty use to make interesting flavoured gins. This is their Pink Elderflower and Jasmine, which has lovely fruity notes, and goes bright pink with tonic.
