In May of 2020 Keyaki was born. A craft gin that makes the most of carefully selected ingredients grown in the soil of Miyagi. Rich aromas of yuzu spread across one’s palate before the strong flavours of juniper berry arrive in tandem and in balance with the clean flavours of seri. The coriander seed and grape skins provide the bass note, enveloping and bringing together the brighter flavours before the green tea leaves add a dash of bitterness to bring the whole symphony to a tight finish.
