Inside the vibrant blue and red box lies the classic Martell Cordon Bleu, a Cognac defined by its richness and complexity. Composed mainly of eaux-de-vie from the Borderies cru, it opens with aromas of orchard fruits and candied plums, complemented by mocha and toasted almond. On the palate, a balance of sweet and spice emerges—notes of raisin and prune, layered with clove, coffee, and light oak. The finish is long, textured, and nuanced, leaving behind hints of cigar leaf and soft violet.
