NON-SALES OF ALCOHOL TO MUSLIMS
By virtue of Section 19 (1) and Section 19 (2) Syariah Criminal Offences Act 1997, all Malaysian Muslims are forbidden from buying and drinking alcohol.
In accordance to the legal provisions above, SPIRITS SHOPS .COM will not sell any alcohol products listed on its website to any Malaysian Muslims.
ELIGIBILITY & AGE RESTRICTION
The sale of alcohol is restricted to individuals who are above 21 years old and are non-Muslim.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are 21 years or older and legally allowed to purchase alcohol in Malaysia.
We reserve the right to request valid identification upon delivery to ensure compliance. Delivery personnel may refuse delivery if age verification cannot be completed.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same as shown on the monitor as that is depending on the user monitor.
INACCURACY INFORMATION
From time to time, there may be information on our website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, and omissions, that may relate to product description, pricing, availability, and article contents. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, change or edit information without prior notice to the customers.
1. ORDER POLICY
- When ordering please enter the full shipping address including the postcode of the recipient. We will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered due to incorrect details.
- We do not ship to P.O. Box (Post-Office Box) addresses and only to valid legitimate shipping addresses.
- All re-delivery of goods to you will be charged for associated shipping charges which will be disclosed upon request for a second delivery attempt.
2. RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
Your refund will be issued once we have received and examined the returned goods at our warehouse. Once the returned goods fulfill our return policy, a full refund will be initiated.
The method of refund will be processed depending on your original payment method:
1) Online Bank Transfer, full refunds will be credited into your bank account via online bank transfer, which should be posted within 3-5 working days.
2) Credit card refund services, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank.
- No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage caused by customers.
3. CHANGE IN SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you have any request for a change of shipping address, please WhatsApp or e-mail us within 12 hours upon your order submission. If request of change in shipping address is made after 24 hours upon order confirmation, customers will be responsible for any associated shipping charges.
