PROUCT RETURN
Any products must be returned to us in good condition and in the original packaging. 
You are responsible for the cost of returning products to us unless the items being returned were delivered in error or the items were damaged or defective. You are also responsible for ensuring (INSURANCE) all returns as we might claim against you should damages be sustained.

We will be contacted after our assessment of the returned product, where we will either offer you an exchange or a refund.

Where a replacement item is not available due to it being discontinued or the original item being a "One Off" we will reimburse you for the full cost of the item only. No compensation will be paid.


REFUND POLICY
All refunds will be paid within 24 hours after receiving the returned product(s).

Note: Refund policy doesn’t apply to self-pick up orders as you’re advised to inspect the goods before leaving the premises. Also, customer should collect the goods within 1 month from the date of order placement. Refund request will not be entertained after the stated collection period.
